Apple Pressing 2023

An even bigger crop than last year. Thanks so much to all our choppers, scratters, pressers and apple pulp disposal operatives. It was a remarkable team effort to convert wheelbarrow loads of apples into about 45 litres of juice. Much was sampled straight from the press, lots more will become cider to be enjoyed in 2024. What was incredible was how the rain held off until we'd finished, cleaned up and cleared away. Then it throw it down!
