Raised Beds Project Part 1
The extreme rainfall we suffered throughout the summer last year caused many plots along the Southern fence to become so waterlogged that nothing was able to be grown - a complete wash out.
We therefore decided that all the plots along the fence line would be offered raised beds, to be built by us.First job was to get 200 old scaffold boards off the roadside and into the site.

The project is just about at the end of phase 1 - we've built about 30 raised beds and are now arranging a huge delivery of top soil that will need wheelbarrowing from where ever an HGV truck can dump the soil.
